Rules for the correct use of contact lenses:
Before putting in or taking out your lenses, wash your hands with soap and dry them with a dry towel.
After each use, rinse the lens with a special disinfecting solution.
Never rinse lenses with tap water or saliva.
Replace the lens case with a new one every 1–2 months.
