Always store your lenses in a clean, tightly closed case and replace the solution after every use.
Never touch a lens with unwashed hands. Keep the case at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. For monthly lenses, replace the case at least once a month.
If you feel redness, burning or discomfort, remove the lens and consult a specialist.
